Greetings from the grasslands, a/k/a Minnesota! You were wondering about the translation for the looks Lisa was giving you — YOU WANT ME TO DO WHAT!!! Glad to hear you’re having a wonderful experience. Where do the natives/indigenous people shop to get all those colorful clothes?

That sounds about right Mary Jo… Sadly, I think my entire family has mastered that look. Brasil has been a FABULOUS experience and we aren’t quite ready for it to end. Not sure where the locals get their clothes, but the colors (in general) were stunning!

Love you back! I honestly don’t remember any negatives about our trip (minus when we caught a bug and couldn’t move for one full day and the airline almost didn’t allow us on our flight… But that is another story entirely!) let me know if you are feeling adventurous and we can plan a visit. 🙂

Thanks Tiffany! I just subscribed to your blog because I realized I have been so bad about looking at my reader… Excited to get updates! Let us know if you are ever in our neck of the woods. 🙂

I will! It will probably be some time though… we have declared 2013 the year of no Brazil, in hopes that it might encourage people to come visit us instead. Not sure how well that will work out though!
